Hi,  I have installed Bon Voyage onto my pc and when I click on it to play it the screen pops up, it shows which other expansion packs I have installed but not bon voyage.  It asks me to insert the sims pets disc and then goes to that game but nothing about bon voyage that I can see? I can also access the 'body shop' and other links, just not the actual game?  Can anyone help, am I installing it incorrectly, do I have to do something first to enable the holidays or is there a certain order I need to install all the expansion packs?
I hope this is clear enough, have not posted here before and am newish to this type of forum.  Thanks.

It seems that Bon Voyage has been not correctly installed... If not there would be a BV icon in the laucher.
Have you try to reinstall the EP ?

Otherwise usually the EP have to be installed in the publication order (... Pets, Seasons and to finish Bon Voyage). Smiley

Thanks for that...  I have unistalled and reinstalled so many times and the icon still does not appear in the launcher screen.  I will try one more time, maybe I was not installing in the correct order...  thx

it shouldn't really matter what order you install the EPs and SPs in - according to Maxis - however, I always always install and patch in order and so far *touch wood* haven't had any problems. Maybe this *will* fix the problem. If not, maybe you have a corrupt disc??

Thank you, I will try this as I have not tried by installing with patches.  maybe this will be the trick!  Hope so as I don't think I have the receipt anymore!

The only thing is, I asked my hubby to install them on his computer (or begged as he hates games on his computer) and it seems to work on his, the only thing we did differently is that we did not install pets.  I only have nightlife, open for business and pets!  My computer is much newer than his so I am not sure what to do next!  I did try installing without pets but had the same error.Huh??

This is so frustrating!  Any more ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thx Juzi
