Okay, I'm really fricking sorry if someone's brought this up already. I can't figure out how to enable a swim-able ocean on a normal neighborhood house. Is it impossible, or am I impossibly daft?

Sable S21:
Instead of putting a normal lot in your neighborhood there's a speacial one with a beach symbol, that needs to be place along the waters edge to make it a beach lot.
