my game doesn't work it keeps crashing before it gets to the neighborhood menu.Can someone help by telling me what to do or a program to use to help me find the problem?Thank you so much in advance :worship:

Did you recently added new cc? If so, I would start by removing the new stuff.

You could also try to completely remove your downloads folder to your desktop to found out if it is a cc related or not.

maybe you need to add some memory to your computer i rembert when i first got the sims2 game i add to replace my computer because the game ether froze or return me to windows when i chose my sim family to play with.

sorry for the double post but I deleted everything from today and yesterdays downloads but I waited fifteen minutes and I never got to the main menu.Should I delete things from the day before yesterday?

I wouldn't delete everything unless you really want to, but you could move all of the files you've added since the last time you played your game to a New Folder on your Desktop.  That way, you can test the ones out that you really want to keep.  :angel:

Well I think i'll delete everything from the past three days
