Perfume

I see that perfume is a Sims turn on. How do I get my Sim to use Perfume. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

hyleath, your sim can purchase perfumes at a shop with the perfume counter display; after that your sim will have the item added to the personal inventory and then by clicking on the sim the option "use Cologne/Perfume..." (different languages may use one or the other) should appear; the sim will then have a rose-coloured cloud slithering about for the next 4-5 game hours.
