Compressing your downloads?

I know there was a program that could compress your downloads into a much more smaller size....but I forget what's the name and where to find it....

anybody knows what I'm talking about?

DJS Sims the Compressorizer is what it is called, I am not exactly sure where to download it though. Sorry, maybe do a search? (I would, but I am in a hurry.)
