download file doesn't appear.

i dont know how, but all of a sudden my download file doesn't appear and is no longer there. it was right after i had problems with my glamour life and ofb. it kept on getting terminated (the game) so i uninstalled both of the expansion packs.

what do i do now? someone help. :/

Bad news.  When you uninstall, the uninstaller helpfully deletes all your Neighborhoods and Downloads.  Sorry!

Mbot2, could you be more specific on the problems you had with Glamour Life and Open For Business?

Also, you can simply make a new downloads folder, "My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads..". Make sure that you lable your downloads folder with a capitol "D".

thanks. and it'll still work? and it basically just crashes, really. ive re-installed and it's the same thing. no downloads folder. ill try and make a new one and see if it works.
