How Exactly Are Nude Meshes Created?

I am very confused at the moment. There are many talented creators on this site, so I choose to pose this question here.

My dilemma is, that I want to create a showerproof mesh for my sims who have a special body type. But I don't know what to create nude meshes from. Are they cloned from the underwear files? I've noticed the term CASIE_ambodyunderwear_etc...but I am not sure what to do afterwards, or even if I am supposed to be using these files? I've been searching for a tutorial aimed specifically for the creation of nude meshes (not necesarily how to link a skintone to a nude mesh, but creating the mesh itself.)

Anyone care to share their knowledge and enlighten me?

The showerproof meshes are created with 2 seperate meshes, a top mesh and a bottom mesh.

Adult Males:
amtopnaked and the ambottomnaked
Adult Females:
aftopnaked and afbottomnaked
Elder Males:
emtopnaked and the embottomnaked
Elder Females:
eftopnaked and efbottomnaked
Teen Males:
tmtopnaked and the tmbottomnaked
Teen Females:
tftopnaked and tfbottomnaked

With these filenames you create the showerproofmeshes the same way you create normal clothing meshes, only you have 2 Meshes now instead of one.
You also have to extract the cres and shape like with clothing meshes but link those to the skintonefiles.
