DOWNLOADS PROBLEM!

Hello!!:wave:
I've installed the sims 2 in my new PC. I copied my downloads file in the new computer. I tried to change my folder for the one which is installed by the game. The downloads didn't appear so I desinstalled the sims. I reainstalled them and, when I opened the downloads file, my downloads were there and they don't appear in the game still!!
What can i do? Pleeeease help meeee:smt119

You have to enable custom content in your game, then exit and restart. That should correct the problem.

make sure it spelt 'Downloads', with a capital D. I don't think it works otherwise.

yes yes, Downloads with capital D... everything is alright (or so it looks like) except that the downloads don't appear!

Did you enable custom content, exit and reload the game? Also, make sure you only have one Downloads folder

That's not exactely the whole truth. The CEP is only for recolors of Maxis objects.
But if NOTHING at all shows up, no clothes, no nothing, it's sureley not the missing CEP. But of course you gotta have the CEP, no matter what!
