A recolor i made for the bigger belly bodyshape.

Note that these files are a bit heavy and can cause lag on crappy comps.
You will need the mesh to get these working in your game:

No, maxis assigned the outfits to the Pregnant lady's so you have to buy it and use the insimenator to get them dressed in this outfit.
And unfortunatly they change back to maxis default with every simester.
but if you have insim's wardrobe option on the sim you switch them back easily.
But i am not telling anything new tho
Its like that with every maternity outfit.
