Sims not following commands on NL

I can not sem to get any sims to go to sleep when I command them to. When I click on any bed you see the command come up and then it just dissappears. The only way I can get sims to sleep is on a couch for a nap or they just pass out and fall down. Has any one else had this problem?

I imagine I am going to sit here and start pulling mods and stuff out till I find the culprit.
