It exists... but if you have BV, I wouldn't suggest even using it.  It's not compatible, and you'd risk messing up your game.  Instead try the method in the link below:

As Tenshii said, the hack does exist, but as the creator has retired from the sims community, it's no longer a supported mod. As such, we're unable to provide a direct link to it, but I can tell you it's at the graveyard. You can do a google search for it.

It's not absolutely necessary to have it your game to use custom maternity wear. You can use the method Teshii linked to, or enter the testing cheats code and spawn Tom's Clothing Tester.
