Theraven's crazy collection of simmies (11.June 20 - TS4 sidetrack)

Theraven:
(Double post... I know...)

Anyway - here is what has been eating my motivation and triggered my inspiration the past couple of days. You know the "Angelwatch" hospital I uploaded, the one which was a re-do of the "Veronaville hospital"? Well...

Veronaville

Angelwatch
(the version I uploaded - I had another version with more CC, too - but they looked much the same)

New and improved Angelwatch ;D

Still not done, though. Lots on the inside left, plus I want to make my own versions of the blue signs you see (they're from a hospital I downloaded, which I really liked - but there was too much to fix on it, and not everything was good for photoshoots) - but it's already tons better than the originals.
I bulldozed the parking lot, built an ambulance garage, and another three huge rooms on top. One of them is a bedpost, the other two I've not decided yet. If I want, I can also build more on top of that. The parking lot only has three spaces now, one reserved for handicap parking. The empty space on the right side, where there was only windows before, is now a flower/bush bed, and a bus stop will come in just in front of it.

Building lots isn't usually my favorite thing to do, and I usually do it quite simple (I like interior better - but keep it simple and practical, and in style with the ones who live on the lot). But I do feel that this might be the best lot I've ever made. I don't have the heart to start over again on a new lot (which I originally planned), because... well... I already love it  ;D

So... what do you think?

I'll probably not upload it, though - as it is already getting quite stuffed with CC. Even my computer is complaining a bit (starting to beg for mercy, really), and I've not even put sims into it yet...

But mroe pics to come when I've done some mroe interior, and maybe some playtesting (aka. probably the funniest photoshoot I've ever done ;D).

Katie:
I really love that! It looks sweet! :D I can't wait to see the pics!

Carlwashere:
That's a sweet lookin' hospital! The complete revamp of the first one is awesome. Still kept the shape for the most part.  :p

Theraven:
I kept most of the shape, but it's the interior and the outer walls + windows that has changed most. Still have a couple of rooms left to fix, but I think I've got all the rooms I'll ever need now... and if I need more, it's easy to build up (which it wasn't before, because of an elevator that was misplaced - it's still there, but there is one on the other side too).

And the layout is much better. I've kept most from the 2nd edition, but added a lot more.

First floor is ambulance garage (and a parking lot with room for 3 cars), reception, ER, nurses' break room, patient wards (CCU, isolation...), doctor's office, chapel, gift shop, and a few more things.
Second floor is maternity, pediatrics (NICU, wards for toddlers and children/PICU, nursery, play room) and café.
Third floor is radiology (X-ray, possibly CT if I ever finish the new meshes, radiation), MRI, dialysis, lab, pharmacy, surgery (+ PACU and scrub room). Plus an extra PICU unit for toddlers, and a small classroom for medical students.
Fourth floor is trauma and ICU, ER, plus air reception, and a kitchen for employees (between the helicopter and the flag).
The final floor is for employees (beds, entertainment/break room, showers and toilets).

Also working on some new meshes, which will definitely be put in as soon as I'm done with them - new CT, X-ray, surgery table (with patient/surgeon/nurse poses, if I ever learn to make poseboxes), Infant warmer bed (bed with a warming lamp and/or Bili light against jaundice - will try to make it a real infant bed, but can't promise that - and maybe with the light working, if I figure out how...), and planning to make a fluoroscope and mobile X-ray.

Having fun, in other words  ;D

Katie:
Aghhh! It looks sooo good I wish I had that skill!
