okay so i just recently downloaded all of these...

the sims 2
university
nightlife
holiday stuff
OFB
family stuff

=) all at once. xP

soo.. if im gonna add custom content.. do i do the same thing? i mean go to my documents then ea games then make a folder.. if i do that will it still show up in the game...OFB or NIGHTLIFE?

cause when i go to my documents/eagames i would just see THE SIMS 2.

You downloaded this stuff? I hope that's a miswording on your part, because the game and its' expansions are not legally downloadable.
Perhaps you meant installed?

Do you mean you bought them and installed them? Cos like MaryH said, we don't talk about illegal sims here.

Ok, if you installed your sims, you should find in your documents/eagames only the one The Sims2 folder. Inside that folder you create a Downloads folder (with capital D and s!). Then you put your custon content in there.

In game you need to check "show custom content" in your game options, close the game again and start it again. Some people need to do that a couple of times untill it showes up finally.
