wolf, you go to mydocuments/ea games/the sims 2/ neighbourhoods/NXXX/storytelling. (NXXX is whatever number you're neighbourhood is, pleasantview is n001 I think, customs are often N004...etc.)

To get really upclose, once you are ready to take the pic, hit the TAB button and then zoom in and out with your + and - on your keyboard :P Once you are ready to take the pic hit your C button on your keyboard.
