It's all in the Genetics. You have to check when you download a hair. Some are genetic, and can be passed on to the offspring like my boy's Dorsey & Shane's hair, which is the same exact "do" as their fathers. (Except Shane ended up with mom's hair color)

I don't think that's what she means kaoz, I think she means like on the head? If you do, then yes, it's a special skin.
You can get a special skin and when they're born, they have hair. I know Tenshii made some, but not sure where else you could find some.
But like kaoz said, sometimes that when they're toddlers and they can get real hair and change it with the mirror, they can auto grow up into their mom or dad's hair for some reason. Ha ha.
