It just started recently.  When, say, a sim is sitting on the couch or has an action they're about to go do, if I click on the ground anywhere - inside or out, the sim will suddenly do a snap reset and every action lined up will be gone.  And if another sim is sitting on the couch/bed/whatever with them they reset as well.

What I've done recently - 1.Put everything into subfolders
2. Gotten rid of an old InSIM that was messing up my menus (couldn't fish, dig for treasure, etc.)
3. Added in the 'no route fail' and 'no elder discrimination' hacks
4. Switched from the Mac version of the censor remover to the PC version (forgot I still had the Mac one).

But the most recent events were  2 & 3.

I've taken out other things that were only added for a day so those weren't the problem before or after.
After the reset the menus for the ground-click will still work and pop-up, but it's annoying that a mis-click can stop everything one or more sim is doing.

Please and thank you?

I've been having a similar thing happen. When my sim goes to do certian things it's told to, it will do that. I have been trying to find the cause of this and fix it, but no luck yet. If I find out a solution for this, I will let you know.

I got rid of the hacks subfolder (now all are in the main folder) and took out the two newest hacks completely and it still wouldn't work.
My computer is defragging at the moment though - so if that somehow fixes it I'll post that.
I'm going to try taking out all my newer hacks one by one or something.

When I had this problem, it was caused by conflicting hacks.  I used Paladin's Hack Conflict Detection Utility which you can get here under Programmes.  I hope you solve this - it's very aggravating :smt106

Thank you, Jay, but that program hates my downloads folder for some reason.
I just fixed it.
Turns out I had a duplicate of something and now it works just fine.
