Fully furnished.
I was able to cleaninstall scan it this time, so you should be fine (not that I ever have hacked items in my request houses). No CC included.
House is just under 200,000, but remember it's fully furnished.
Since I don't do closets (unless specifically asked) there's some modification to the floor plan. And I converted a weird room on the original plan into a nursery.
The arched entryway wasn't exactly how I wanted (read: not how the pic looks), but it's close and I think it looks decent.
