Clear to blurry

so i finally figured out how to get nice clear *crisp* 0yay0 picture for taking pictures but now ive got another problem. every time i play the game * in the time i get* the clothes stay crisp and realistic but after a while and after going into buy/build mode a few times the clothes get all blury!
WHY!?!?!

It's a video card issue most likely. Sometimes the game takes more power for graphics as more EPs are added onto it. Are your drivers for it updated accordingly?
