Can't get any Genetics to work on Bon Voyage

I can't get any thing I have downloaded for my sims to show up in the bodyshop. Can some tell me what I might be doing wrong

check and make sure that your Downloads folder has a capital D

Theraven:
and you also have to click on "show custom content" (or whatever it is in english) when the blue box that lists all CC comes up before the neighbourhood chooser. then you must restart your game for them to show. then, it should be available in bodyshop, to. and remember to download meshes, too. otherwise, you'll not get anythig other than clothes etc. that uses maxis meshes.
