You can use the InSIMenator's Wardrobe Adjustor to change them back into the maternity clothes you originally chose for them. I typed out the whole process of how to do it in

It's possible to do it either that way, or you can enable the debug cheat (
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true) and
Shift + Click a sim, choose "
Spawn", and then choose
Tom's Clothing Tester. This object enables the "Force Redress" option when you click on it, and your sim will "pop" into the outfit they've planned.
