My sims don't go to class whenever I click on them an hour before class start the only options I get is inteen, personal.. that's it..

Since you seem to have the Inteen, read the documentation that came with it and check their FAQ ON THEIR SITE.

WE DO NOT SUPPORT THE INTEEN MOD ON THIS SITE.

Chances are you have a mod that is conflicting and causing your sims not to go to class. Try removing all mods and see if you are able to go to class then. If so, you will need to test your mods to see which one(s) are causing the issue, and remove them.
