Changing the Sims 2 Startup Music

I think it might be a long shot but I do know someone edited the startup screen and wondered if I could change the music to it to something else.  Also changing the neighbourhood music at the same time.  

I do hope someone can help me doing this, thanks for taking the time to check this message.
