Xenophobia: Pride & Prejudice - Chapter Twenty-four

Sam the T-man:
Vanilla set-up = no mods, no CC, no nothing. Straight out of the box. Although I've since added some, but not as much as I have with FT - I've got so used to playing the hard way with my legacy, I'm actually ditching some cheats that I had.

As for the story - AL itself will, especially the animations. The witches? Not so sure. I've not even got vampires this time, having enough ideas with the base game aliens ;)

@Zorom: Hehe, yeah, I've got it good, what with these guys and my legacy sims  Next update? Um, I'm actually taking a short break (we all need a break from our stories sometimes), so not entirely sure. It won't be too long though :)

Zorom:
Aw....ok. You take a good long break.:clock: Get some coffee.:coffee2: Go to the bathroom,:pottytra:buy a cat, build a new house, wash your socks, quit your job, have some popcorn...:happy1

Sorry bout that. I just saw all these cool smilies and I had to use them!

Sam the T-man:
LOL Well, I took a break from it before, just didn't see the need to say so. Ooh, coffee, that's a good idea :D

Although, if I'm honest, what I'm really waiting for (since so much has been written, so it's not like that's a problem) is for the CEP to be updated for AL so I can use the new animations  Yes, I know I can improvise, but there's so many possibilities that I'm just itching to try out. I'm still taking a nice break from the picture-taking and heavy storyline, but that's beside the point ;)

rachel631:
Hello there. I've been a silent reader for ages (bad karma, I know!) and wanted to say well done for this.

Also, if you fancy an insight into army life for your next chapter on General Buzz, I could help you out (not that you need it, of course!). My knowledge is more about the British army than the American army, but maybe I know the answer to a question you might have about who a general might talk to if he was worried, for example, or how court martials and disciplinary procedures work. Only if it's useful, of course... it might not be.

Anyway, well done so far!

Sam the T-man:
Aww, thanks! :D Very nice of you to offer, too :)

I will say though, I did tons of research for that part, and did learn about the various consequences for a general getting reported for domestic violence. They don't always get discharged, and there is help available if it can be seen that he really needs it. Buzz clearly does, and he's more complicated than anyone realises ;) He wouldn't normally confide in a private, I do realise that, but Stephan's a special case...

Thanks for reading, and for the offer - I may still need it some day, you never know ;)
