Need Help:Custom Items Not Showing

I don't know if I am putting this up in the correct place, but I am in need of help. I am not sure if I need a patch or something for my downloaded clothes to show up in the shop, or what. Do I need a patch to do this or will they just not sow up.
EDIT
Also, I have eyes and other items that don't work when I try to put them on my sim when I am building one.

For the clothes,are you sure you D/Led the mesh?
Same goes for hair.
