Hey,

When my sims buy new maternity, and I use Insim to plan their maternity, they change, to it but don't keep it like that. Like if a pregnant sim goes to bed with a new maternity outfit, when they wake up and change to their maternity, they change to the first selcted one. Not the one that i planned for them.

Which is not BV compatible and no longer available on this site.  No support for this mod will be given so do not waste your time and ask about it.

If I'm understanding this correctly, (forgive me... I'm totally drowsy right now... :sleepy3:) that's just a minor setback, and it's completely natural if you're working without a certain "hack that shall not be named in this thread again".    Have you tried making that sim dress back into the outfit you planned by using the Wardrobe Adjustor once more?  ("Change Everyday/PJs/Formal"...etc. => sim you want to change into the selected outfit category)  They'll snap right back into the clothing you previously planned, and out of the ugly Maxis maternity outfit... at least until the next time they change their clothes autonomously.  Wink

No, you don't need the hack. As MissDoh stated, it's not supported any longer. We can't link you to it, nor can we help you if you use it and it breaks your game, so you use it at your own risk.

Tenshii has it right. What's happening is normal. When your sims go to bed, have a shower, or do anything that makes them change their clothes, they'll revert to maxis defaults. You just have to use the Wardrobe Adjuster again.
