if u choose the "make up" tab as a turn on, does Just wearing lipstick count or not?
And, if you choose custom hair thats binned in the right place (i.e. custom hair in the maxis brown hair tab) would this be considered a brown hair turn on, or a custom hair turn on??

Wearing lipstick should count, yes.

If a custom hair is binned, then it counts as brown hair regarding turn ons.
