Tutorial REQUEST - An easier way to curves with Wings 3d

Well, the title says it all...

Would someone be willing to make a tutorial that would help me make curves in Wings 3d?

I have used Chrissy's tutorial over at Reflexsims Forum, Paco's tutorial from MTS2, and I just still need some more help.

For example...

I would love to make something like this chair :



But my lack of ability to make good curves would not allow me to make the rounded shape of the back/arms.   Please let me know if you can help me out!!
