I went and created a number of elf sims a while back for a neighbourhood I was starting and this young lady I made to prove to someone that you can have the maxian elf ears without having to have the elf face!

I packaged her in Maxis hair and clothes from the base game but I do have all EPs installed so you would be best using the clean installer to put her in your game
you can do with her what you want but it'd be nice if you didn't claim her as your own
