Does it need any expansion packs to work? (I have base game).

I think it needs least NL, since that's when the rugs category was added... :dontknow:

Well, I'm not sure, but this might help..

-Open de original file (NOT RECOLOR) in SimPe
-Click object data (1.)
-Click Rug - Runner 1x3 (2.)
-Change the Overall sort to General / Miscellaneous
( category with the 3 dots as icon )
