I have just a quick question... If I put subfolders within the downloads folder and put my downloads into the different subfolders, will that effect my downloads from working? Like for example, if I wanted to put my hair download into a subfolder within the downloads folders titled "Hair," my downloads will still work right?

If you have Nightlife ep or higher, you can safely create as many sub-folders as you want within the downloads folder.  The game will see the cc in the subfolders.
