Very cute story :) Your doing a great job. Can I ask why everyone starts with an empty lot? You still get the 25000 or whatever it is simoleons to start with don't you? Couldn't you start them in like a studio and build on it? I'm only asking because I've never done a legacy challenge, but I always see people starting outside.
