Big Problem Plz Help

right wen i play the sims 2 on my new laptop i always get where i create my sim and i cant see his body, part of his top half will be see through, and we i create my family and go to play the game it goes all blurry, Click the link to see a pic i took of what happens wen i play the sims.

what wud cause this? like i say my laptop is a brand new one, with windows vista. its got plenty of space for the game.

That looka like a graphics card issue. Is your graphics card compatible with the game? Even though your lap top is brand new, they tend to make poopier graphics cards for lap tops :\

Also, make sure your graphics card's drivers are up to date. You will need to go to the manufacturers website to get the most up to date driver.
