Title: Tiny Townhouse
Lot Type: Residential Starter

Size: 1x1
Price: §17,212
Furnished: yes!
Played/Tested: yes!
EP's Needed: Nightlife, OFB

So, I have so much of my stuff rejected from MTS2 for the silliest of reasons (or reasons that just flat-out don't exist), that I've decided to do a series here for InSIM's enjoyment! Smiley

As you can see, this is the Tiny Townhouse.  I needed a lot in my game that would be small (and so cheap) but also flexible looking.  Like, it could be stacked one after another to acheive a 'city street' look, or just placed in the middle of nowhere and look okay.  I think I achieved both.

This lot comes fully furnished with basegame-only items.  The only exception to that is the hatchback parked on the curb out front -- there is a driveway under there, believe it or not.  I included the car so that the house would be 100% complete, but also so that it was clear where the driveway piece is.  If you delete the hatchback and buy another car, it'll snap into place just like any other driveway.

As the last screenshot shows, this lot also looks good 'stacked' one after another.  The fence even overlaps!

You will need: Roddyaleixo's 'Invisible Driveway & Extensions' found [here]

Reasons for Rejection: "Needs unique architecture" and "This is pretty much just a Maxis house that was included with the base game."

I agree totally with verenaheu! I use nothing but simlpe houses for those reasons. As for MTS2... "This is pretty much just a Maxis house that was included with the base game." ... They are just plain wrong ... AGAIN!!
Thanks gor a great house, Nukapei.

That is a nice small house.

I think it's great!

I only use small houses in my game.

Thank you!

This is a really nice house.

I had some of my stuff rejected from MTS2 before for very vague reasons and no explanations to improve whatever they "found" problems with. I haven't seen many new uploads there in awhile, and I guess alot of people became dissatisfied with the so-called MTS2 staff and their decisions. I have seen some really horrible stuff there that get approved and uploaded. This reeks of favoritism for certain people like Phaenoh for one, she had some decent stuff and some stuff that plain don't work at all or have very vague descriptions/explanations/howtos/instructions, and yet other people with similar stuff get rejected.

Anyways, do you have any other "city" houses in that genre to show us? I got this one and looked forward to other small houses with flexibility like this one. Smiley

To hell with MTS2. I think that lot is cute and I'm glad you've decided to share it here. Thanks!

I tried it today and it's great! Perfect for a bachelor and his dog. Nice backyard too, roomier than it looks. Thanks!
