can't help you personally as I'm crap at that sort of thing! But have you tried looking in the tutorial section here and at MTS2, there's some great instructions around Smiley

Modding the Sims 2

There are a lot of great tutorials there, so do take a gander through them. For this specific question, I belive this one should help you. Smiley

And one last question, how do you mod clothes into maternity clothes? I'm rooting through the tutorials currently, but don't really know what to look for.
