For some reason, I find having a dark skin to start with helps me make better semes ^^ Maybe it's something to do with the "tall, dark, handsome and mysterious stranger" stereotype :p

I know... I can hardly ever make anything cool or tough looking... all I know is cuteness... even when I try really hard my stuff only ends up cute... :'(

It never hurts to randomise the features until you get a good starting base too ;)
But I also cheat and go on a sim hunt; download something that looks vaguely like a simmie I want to make and hack away at him in Bodyshop! :-X
