All of a sudden I cannot play my game. it goes to where my houses were and then CRASHES. this has never happened before. I lost my houses that I have been decorating for ever it seems. what can be wrong????????????

Have you added any CC recently, specifically custom furniture, objects, or newly downloaded houses or uninstall an EP/SP?  If so, there may be an EP/SP requirement and you don't have that EP/SP.  Even if you haven't downloaded custom objects recently, you could have some sleepers that you just started to use and causing the problem.

Hi Tess. Have you tried removing your Downloads folder to your desktop to see if you can access your house? Remember NOT to save if you are able to. If you can go to your house then it's something in the Downloads folder. I've had to literally go through all my Custom Content to find something that was incompatible. Do you remember what you downloaded last before playing it?
