Door won't highlight

when playing Bon Voyage, the doors at the hotel will not highlight so my sim can check in. They can not return home until I re start the game. Please help

Mihura:
Sims can't use the hotels ? Are you sure to have take out all hacks and mods before to load the game ? ;)
