Right click your right mouse, when you get the message that this site can't be displayed, and scroll to "refresh". It should upload the site.

Works fine for me also. Maybe check with your internet provider, but I don't think that is a problem with Comcast broadband. Theirs is really fast! If it's dial-up you may have problems.

Check for browser updates! I just went thru updates for Internet Explorer, Java, and Windows.
