Settings Won't Set-Solved

I sloved my issue. I setted the screen size and the rest one after the other. It worked just fine.

What it does with me is, when I click to accept the settings, I get that hour glass also, then it just goes away after a bit.

How I can tell it's working is, I change the neighborhood view. If I can see houses, then I know it's working.

It doesn't go away for me. It just stays there. I have no idea why. I shut down the computer. I try again and the same thing happens
