Toddler CC freezing game

I started having a problem with my toddler clothes freezing my game.  I have taken out the CC and I can buy clothes, but when I put in any CC for toddlers it freezes my game when I try to buy it.  It also does this in bodyshop.  I have tried some well known artists clothes and it still will freeze when it gets to a custom content.  Can anyone tell me what would cause this?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Perhaps the CC itself. Remove them from your game.
