This is a peaceful looking house I made with a walkout basement. I added two small pools inside, a driveway for one car and some space in the backyard. I have two versions, a partially furnished (PF) and unfurnished (UF)available.

Details:
-   2x2 lot
-   3/4 bedrooms
-   3 baths
-   (PF) $80,421 and (UF) $56,141
-   requires NL, OFB and Pets

Thank you, I'm glad you like the house. Smiley

And to add, I forgot to mention in the description for the house that I moved the trashcan so that its hidden off to the side of the driveway. Here's a picture to show where I placed it.
