Can't use computer to find a job

I think I have found the file that is causing the jump bug problem in my game, but I am confused, the file is called adult culinary it was a career I had and deleted, so how is this still causing problems and how can I fix it, other than taking out all careers and redownloading?

I took all of the custom jobs out of my game so I don't understand what is going on. Any clues?
