Sims can't make phone calls!!

The other day everything was working fine and all of a sudden when I have the sims make a phone call, the game crashes...the phones are all from the game, no custom...anyone else heard of this or have ANY idea what it is??

Did you download any hacks that may mess up your phones?

Some times when you download houses you may get unwanted hacks mostly dealing with phones and mail boxes.I suggest open up clean installer and search Downloads and you may see them in there and you can delete or disable the items.Hope that helps.
