you mean the OR hats? yup, I made those myself (the textures I actually made from scratch in PS :)). Rewuesting things just takes too long when I need something "now". I only used Maxis meshes for them. They work for toddler to elder male, and for female teen to elder (I think, at least. Couldn't find maxis child/toddler meshes that fit).
(which reminds me that I've got some bodyshop work to do before I start the next chapter...)
I still don't know how to bin hairs, though (I have to learn that soon...) - so I don't have them for all haircolors. Only brown and blonde (but since the hair don't show through, it doesn't really matter)
I'll see what I can do about uploading them.

What does bin hair mean?

it means to put them in the right hair bin when you make them (it's done with SimPe somehow) - like black hair in the black hair bin, and blonde in the blonde hair bin. Otherwise all hairs will show up as custom hair (with only Bodyshop).
