I've been reading for a while now - getting up to date - and I have to say I LOVE it. Your characters and their emotions are so deep and convincing, and the story is a serious tear-jerker. I don't think I could stop reading if I wanted to. Definitely have to commend you on medical research, too - and your realistic scenes. I love how lived-in you manage to make the it look at home, and how well all of your other settings are played out. Attention to detail is amazing.
