I like to play in small houses, but I can not seem to build nice ones, does anyone know of or can build a small on story house with two bedrooms that is on a beach lot?

You might have better luck if this was in the WCIF or Request section.  I'm sure a mod or admin can move this thread there for you.  Wink

I should keep a better eye on where I post my messages.

How small do you want the house, like do you want a small amount of the lot used for the house and the rest of the lot for landscaping and other uses?  I will be building one for my sim that need a bigger home, but it will be 3 bedrooms, and I do build the house small.

That is exactly what i am looking for a house that takes up a small amount of the smallest bon voyage beach lot and is located fairly close to the water. Landscaped and a house that is small enough that I don't have to keep moving the screen so far to follow my sim from one end of the house to another. I would prefer 1 level as well.

I should have asked this before, what EP's do you have.  I need to know, so my lot will not crash your game.  I have all EP's, but I will use the Any Game Starter to build your lot, according to your specs.
