REQUEST-Milkshape Tutorial

Hahmm, Hi. I'm trying to figure out how to use Milkshape for all it's worth and the tutorials I have found on the internet are not what I'm looking for and rather confusing. I am hoping that someone who knows Milkshape well could make a tutorial on how to use Milkshape for Sims 2

maybe you have to visit the milkshape homesite for tut's.
I never read any.....i was original a 2d designer and was a small step to 3d....
