Sims 2 Seasons Help!

Well I have recently accidently uninstalled all my Sims 2 Documents folder (since Uninstalling Bodyshop) and reinstalled most of them but when I play the Sims 2 I go to decorative and Miscellaneous the cursor turns to the hourglass and then it says "The application has crashed. The application will terminate." how can I solve this? I already moved my downloads to another folder and then played the game and did the same thing and it still crashed....what do i do?

Try deleting your groups.cache

Go to your "Thumbnails" folder, delete all of those and give it a try.
