I would've needed this if it wasn't for your "Pregnant Sims Wear Any Outfit" mod. Now they just wear what suits them!

You must be using the wrong version of this mod. Delete the file BuyMaternityClothes.package

Yes, it's like Squinge said. If you need more thorough instructions, go into My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads, find the file named BuyMaternityClothes.package and delete it. That's all there is to it.
