Sim face in CAS changes when placed in a lot.

I recently downloaded a sim from a page and while in the CAS mode I made a few changes like a different skintone and hair. But when I had that sim placed on a lot, his faced changed!! His entire face changed quite alot! Even when I did'nt change anything his face will still change. I re-downloaded the file but the problem is still there. What is happening?!!! Thanks.

I downloaded him and he comes out fine.

can you post a picture of how he looks after you put him on a lot?  Some custom skins have a lot of makeup and other looks-changing qualities or maybe it has to do with face templates.

did you recently add an EP, I think it was Pets or BV that did that to me. My sims would look fine in CAS but as soon as I get them in the lots they looked totally different.
